About  me...

My name is Diane Mason and I'm a 40 year old mother of two girls aged 7 and 5.  Together with my husband and two loveable dogs we live in sunny Queensland Australia.

For many years I had been restricted by my anxiety attacks and adding two children into the equation became too much for me to handle.

My husband while trying to be supportive, could not really understand what I was going through and unfortunately this would cause the occasional argument between us. You see, I needed him to revolve his life around mine. I would need him to take me to work, pick me up and basically just come with me everywhere I went. You can just imagine the problems this would cause.

That has all changed now and I feel so completely free from the fear I once had. I was determined to find a cure because I did not want to live my life through fear anymore.

Starting this website (with my husband's help) has been such an achievement for me and I sincerely hope that it has been valuable for you.
